Across Los Angeles, EOP candidates bring decades of experience supporting students, communities, and coworkers in every area and role. From Bilingual Education to Special Education, from itinerant positions to site-based work, and from East, West, North, Valley, and Central Areas, these members have consistently stepped up to address the real issues impacting our schools. Their work includes advocating for improved working conditions, ensuring access to vital resources, supporting multilingual programs, standing against harmful district policies, and building strong community partnerships that uplift families across the city.

EOP candidates are deeply involved in organizing, problem-solving, and policy advocacy, whether through site leadership, chapter structures, Steering Committees, bargaining teams, or specialized task forces.
